Without a global regulatory infrastructure for these platforms, we're going to continue to see violence and division in society that is driven by unregulated digital space. If you look at the whole region, Guyana, Suriname, French Guyana, they are just really odd in South America. It's not even just minerals. It's the country's geopolitical position and its ability to hide things that others can't.
