New paper says that with people with bilateral disease, if your patient does not lateralize, sometimes you can take out part of both adrenal glands to help try to cure it. So if you have a patient who shows bilateral secretion on ABS, can you do a unilateral robbery operation to help them? I don't know. It's too early to say, I'm skeptical.
