Is This Really Chinese Technology?

There is a phenomena which is being recorded on video and on still photography by military all over the world, including in my country where metallic spherical orbs are coming up right close to military craft. The object had no apparent flight surfaces, no discernible propulsion, an intelligent source with operational knowledge of the footage says said it was filmed using a full motion video. Now, this is the sort of stuff that frankly, the mainstream media is being willfully blind to and allowing the public to be completely misled with the notion that they're either Chinese drones or Chinese balloons.
