Building a Community of 1000 or 5000 Members
I have had people tell me well it's easy to do this culture work when it's a small group of people but when your membership grows and you get 1000 members how could you control that like there's just no way. And so you talking about having 5,000 people inside of this community that are owning this identity just speaks to the fact that when you get clear on this and when you indoctrinate people early on you can build it to scale.
