The Difference Between the Use Agenda and Use Ex-Agendy
The idea that error has no rights does have a Catholic provenance, he says. It's been brought out since the time of the Second Vatican Council and Father Brian Harrison came in with an important distinction about use agenda and ex-agendy. So nobody has the right to publicly disseminate error as far as a positive right, but they do have the right negatively speaking to not be coerced by the secular state whenever they do publicly express it within due limits.
