The Programming Is Not Necessary

Glouber doctor bruce lipton explains that when watching television, we enter the delta state. It's kind of a braina state which is ideal for subconscious programming. We can't wait for them. We have to just wake up ourselves. I don't know if there's anyone ontop who's good. Right?
