Is Individual Differences in Alpha Frequency Important for Oscillations?

I'm curious about individual differences in you know something like working memory right so everyone has different capacity for working memory although we're all kind of the same. Do are those individual differences clear or and if so like what's the range or are our brains just so exquisitely evolved that we're all operating it within these narrow bands? I think if if you go to a particular individual and measure them repeatedly you will find that their frequency is quite stable however there's individual differences as you refer to.
