How to Build a Content Website?

I think of it as any company that's publishing content that's valuable to people and somehow makes money off of that content. There's lots of different ways you can monetize. But this is like what I love and I love it in part because I do think it's more scalable. And if you can then have the operational wisdom to run it like a well-oiled machine where it's not dependent on you, then there you go.
