In the late 17 forties, biologist and catholic priest by the name of john tuberville needhamon tried to convince people that animals cules could be spontaneously generated. Bufon had spent a lot of time looking at animicules through his microscope, and had concluded, like many scientists, that they did not reproduce sexually. So he dedicated himself to finding out which animal cules were self-generating. He started with mutton gravy in its more perfect form or less. Presuming meat was free from previous form, he plopped it into some test tubes on hot summer days before killing any micro organisms inside them. Then he sealed them off as corks and left them
