Is Share of Wallet a Big Opportunity?
The focus on share of wallet for the banking sector is a massive opportunity. I tend to say it's too good, you know? So it puts you into such a comfort zone that you are not thinking about the new opportunities. The banks are trying to look for new opportunities because the credit card is not a factor that can build a stickiness to the consumer.
