The first goal of a communicator is to be entertaining, he says. "If you're not entertaining no one's listening to you I promise you now people make the mistake of thinking that entertaining is funny which is not what it always is" He tells his students mistakes are valuable and they count them every time he makes an error in class so this is the week of counting his mistakes.
