For a book like real estate, that keywords got to be pretty competitive. I would imagine most of them are going to be searches for the author name and the actual book title. One thing that I found is that it's actually really easy to rank in a category for a book. So clearly that indicates to me that there aren't actually a whole lot of book sales happening in any given day.
