How Much Research Did You Do Before Starting a YouTube Channel?

Travis: I needed to understand what type of things I would even be willing to do before I could kind of throw together a list of what channels to look at and then get let YouTube show me. Ironically, the one creator I did not find during my research was Michelle. She's doing like almost exactly what I'm doing. The stuff that I'm into now that's going to come next year is insane.
