China's Liberalization of the Energy Market
Last year, when coal prices were spiking, china liberalized its market. It said it would allow prices to rise something like 20 % in order to incentivze more power production. So i'm wondering how significant is shift. Is that a permanent liberalization of the market in order to encourage more energy production, or is it more of a one time thing to try to balance out the market immediately?
