Is This Legislation Written to Prohibit the Adverse Effect?

The legislation is written to prohibit anyone who has seen these adverse effects of what's happening to these children's bodies. They wouldn't be able to say it. The thinking is, if we try to talk them out of it, they might off themselves, right? It makes no sense. And it's a smoking gun as soon as you say it, it's in the room, right? You're not allowed to talk about the adverse effect. I wish that I had maybe said something to them.
