The Cost Structure of Land Base Powers
The land base power has a much more, many more resources and many more people. But it's expensive. It takes a lot to marshal all the resources on the land. So you see the anglo ol anglo stragy of the united states. I'll also add to this that a sea travel is cheaper. And water travel is ten, 12, 20 times, sometimes, cheaper than overland in some cases. These land base powers, they have a different cost structure,. That's what dictates their governmental structure and their culture being more militaristic or whatever.
