Is Russia a Democracy Activist?

i don't believe that any country is ever condemned to be the way it always was. There are plenty of examples of countries that have changed themselves, a crane is one of them. And i still believe that russia could be a much different place. The other route to change in russia is some kind of palace cop or people around puten becoming dissatisfied with him. I'm not intimately connected enough in the e oal to tell you whether that's possible or who it would be. But as one of the nevoni people said to me: "We're just here because we know sooner or later there will be a crisis"
