Christmas Salads - Isn't It?

I make this Christmas salad on it and my Christmas salad is just that way because it's green and red. I soak some cravings or some cranberries in just a little tiny bit of warm water to soften them, to be really plump. And then I always slice just a little bit of avocado into thin pieces and I make a little star out of it Or kind of a little round wheel. You'll see it next week. It is the most gorgeous thing you've ever seen.
