The Problem With the Word Nationalism

The idea is a world of independent nations. That's what we're trying to describe, and people can use whatever terms that they want to describe it. The term patriotism doesn't come close to capturing that. And nationalism simply does. It's just an appropriate use of the term. So since I don't have another word, so I use that word.
