The Importance of Mindfulness in Meditation
Buddhist meditation involves stepping out of the stream of our thoughts and view it with some non judgmental removed. But for me as a crazy person, I get caught up in those thoughts. The thought floats by on the river and then I'm off with it. Do you not get lost in that way? No, no, sometimes it'll catch me and I'll get, but I just bring myself back.
