IFS and Non Dual Awareness and Emotional Development
Since we last spoke I've had two big oneness experiences or glimpses or few seconds long well one of them last with a couple of minutes and they were both had an IFS component to them. The claim would be that emptiness is already true of your mind all the time no matter how much conflict you're in. In the midst of the worst possible life circumstances you can imagine and all the emotional turmoil might be associated with that you can still notice that content already has the fundamental nature of being empty.
