How Does Negativity Bias Play Into Admissions?

There are personal, you know, impact of these negativity biases and other biases. But there's also systemic ones that I wanted and some of them relate to education. There was one example in your book that was really interesting to me about admissions committees for a college - how they interpret GPAs. Could you say a little bit more about how this negativity bias can play into a decision by a big institution on which college, which student to accept? Okay. That's good one.
