i'm always interested in people's sleep schedules, cause mine is so terrible. If i go to bed at one, i'm literally like azombi the next day. I find keeping a regular schedule and avoiding blue light are all true. It s going to sound ridiculous and anlike, almost like i'm shilling, but i probably go to israel and learn hebrew - that's what i woud do.
