Couples Therapy - Is There a Dal Winning Approach?

Men are uniquely interested in having their behavior described by evolutionary psychology. So, you know, if I was to talk to a clinical psychologist who just knew the stereotype of evolutionary psychology, you could imagine them saying something like, well, yeah, I could do couples therapy and the man would cheat on the woman. But why is there no dal winning approach to not just couples therapy, but therapy generally seems like a no brainer, right?
