How to Land on the Moon in a Polar Orbit

The moon is tilted about a degree and a half relative to the Earth's orbital plane. To get there, you have to put yourself in an orbit that has plus or minus 20 degrees inclination. Then figure out how to land in this extremely dynamic terrain where there are craters miles deep. There are low fuel ways to get there if you go into these massive orbits but if you're carrying humans that then is going to require more water,. More air, more consumables and so now you need more fuel because you're carrying more stuff.
