Do You Need High Intensity Exercise for Your Dog?

Border collies and other working breeds that are bred to run really fast need high intensity exercise. Most of my client dogs are involved in some way in peering having that in their lives. So for instance, felix has that in his life, in dog agility. And so i don't take him to the park and throw chuck et ball, although he would be really happy about that if i did. I don't want to tip the scale towards too much of that kind of drenalizing activity for him. But he does have to have some, he does have an it to become mentally healthy and safe in his own mind.
