Is Linolaic Acid Bad for You?
Animal source foods also can have linalaic acid. And i'm not really persuaded that linalaic acedi of itself, in the context of acitogenic diet, would necessarily be bad. I think what they mean mostly by that is that it increases glucose tolerance. If you're on a high carp diet, increased glucose tolerance may actually be really beneficial. But if you're on low carp diet, increase, increase, glucose lerance could actually be detrimental. As long as we're talking about the temporary effect while you're eating it.
