The Importance of Sleep

Lifestyle affects health and what I say lifestyle is what, when and how much. We eat, sleep and move around or physically active. Out of these three, for eating and for moving, you have to actually make a conscious effort and you have to invest. Sleep is the simplest one. You just have to go have a set time when you have to go to bed and just lie down. And it's just mind-boggling. Why so many people just can't get that one correct because once you get seven hours of restorative sleep, then everything else falls into place.
