I'm Taking the Position That America and the West Is Good

Schmidt: "I'm taking the position that democracies are fragile and that it's relatively easy to destroy a democracy with a demagogue" He says he doesn't know how to influence autocracies behavior. Schmidt is positioning himself as someone who should basically be looked to, to lead America and the West in technology life itself. The current regime loves to speak so fondly of our sacred democracy and our Western values but they're behaving exactly like an autocracy according to Schmidt.
