The Spartan League and the Walled City of Arcadia
Sparta lost Messynia, their greatest prize. In it was founded a walled city that would become a rallying point for anyone disaffected with the Spartan way of life. Paminondus goes around the Peloponnese picking off former Spartan allies and he gets them to join the new Theban coalition. Other cities start to fall too; Sparta is left reeling like an amputee. With Persians help Sparta can recover maybe some of her dignity, restore order to this tattered world.
