US Cyber Command has articulated a new vision by which it will conduct operations, engage in partnerships and contest and challenge adversary hostile action against our networks. We are essentially looking at this open-ended engagement in the cyber domain across a number of near-peer and other adversaries threat concerns. It does not appear from our vantage point that that will change anytime soon because it requires some fundamental re-architecting of network processes to generate those processes.
