The heart does do some pumping, but i don't think it's any more than just moving the blood through the major arteries. But when it gets to the smaller arteries, arteriols and capullaries and things like that, it's this mechanism of fourth face water, um, that's propelling te flow. And if we're trying to understand heart failure, where fluid is pooling up in in areas where it should be flowing, is it the heart that's broken down or is it these other mechanisms?
