The CFTC Charges Nance and Its CEO With Massive Allegations
The CFTC filed a 74-page complaint against Chang-Pens Zao, Binance and also their compliance officer Samuel Lim. Security's law expert Anthony Sabino of Sabino and Sabino joins us to discuss the case. He says it reflects an in-depth investigation with the most serious of allegations. The bottom line for the commission is this, they want to very much put the NANs out of business within the U.S., he adds.
