Gill: I think often thinking of local treatments is a proper thing. And that can include a bluff or plaster. They do last for a while, and in good hands, they can really help patients with a deplopia thrown in. But if you're at wits end and the diplope is just herendus, yes, i think it's not unreasonable to consider thy macime in that setting.
