Play Is a Good Function of Religion

There's a new Netflix series on play with Idris Elba narrating, but they talk about all the different ways that people and then communities play. And what I found fascinating by it is whether they were talking about going to Senegal for this combination wrestling boxing that's very big there. They're in Mexico with the long distance runners who want to appease the gods by kicking a ball for 50 miles while they run to try to bring the reins. So from my perspective, even being an atheist, like I find many good functions of religion and play, I think is one of the most important.
