The Inflation Reduction Act Is the Most Important Clean Tech Initiative in the Last 10 Years
The current energy affordability and security crisis has led to new policies in Europe and the US. The Repower EU is effectively implementing the FIT4 55 strategy for a 55% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030. It offers some attractive incentives for some of the low carbon technologies. But the real breakthrough in the last year has been the Inflation Reduction Act, which created a set of incentives for clean tech that reach almost $400 billion.
