The Performance Effects of Vitamin D

The magnitude of the effects on these different cardiovascular risks is small I think that's fair to say now vitamin D. Vitamin D was really popular in lifters a few years ago and there are several realistic mechanisms by which we could expect vitamin D to place some supportive role in neuromuscular function. A lot of people in the lifting world looked at it and said okay vitamin D relates to my strength in muscle gains and a lot of people seem to be deficient in it so I better get on it.
