The New York Attorney General filed a suit against a crypto broker called CoinX. The SEC is going to go after this and they already have the file charges. They're going to allege that basically everything was a security, which it probably is. But what I sort of worry about is that the SEC uses this as a broad brush to create precedent in a case where no one's really going to come to the defense of Dokkwan here.
