I think there's a win-win-win here is yes, we'll take some short-term pain, but if we can get rid of the need for fossil fuels, geopolitically, it gets us better off. I completely agree that there's a labor shortage right now in Europe and the US because of demographics rolling off. Younger people are more drawn towards flexible hours and building their own stuff and crypto. So we're going to continue to lose people in jobs that they don't want. And that means as a business, you have to focus on how not to grow with people,. which is what we always did is grow with people.
