In a scenario like that, why do I have an active incident? The first thing you try to go for is fixing it. And we don't have a lot of like testing integrations of external systems and not like, can we make something like this doesn't happen again or at least catch it earlier. It's difficult to find the right balance between pragmatism and getting things out of the door.
