Stephanie Coontz: As a grocery retailer, we have a heavy responsibility too. It breaks all our hearts when we see food goingto the trash. So we adopted thea pa food recovery hierarchy. We do organic recycling or composting and then it starts going down to industrial uses,. And then the near the bottom of the pyramid, which would be the absolute where senaria will be sending food to lampville. But i imagine a genny like to follow up just a second, like there must be, you know what? Like every day stain, or even late at night, from a restaurant saying, "We've got this left over food"
