The Role of a Designer Duo in OUX
Andrea, you've been at OUX duo for a few years now. How has your role sort of changed and evolved? Like what did it start as and how are you and how did it kind of grow into what you're doing there now? Sure. Well, usually when you start as a designer duo, you're assigned to a particular team and you work with them on whatever features or problems they're trying to solve. I'm somewhere in that transition time between affecting what the team does to looking towards larger initiatives. It's a lot more strategy work. And also thinking about how the work is done. That'll get into OUX on that topic.
