Fintech Founders Operators - What's Your Longest Term Currency?
I cannot recommend playing long-term games enough to people. I invested early in a company that's building you know Brexton ramp type product for emerging economies and the founder Amr had this great practice where he would give they would hold his monthly town hall through the company. He would give a $50 Amazon gift card to ever ask the hardest question in the town hall. It tells me as an employee is it's not just like I won't get in trouble for asking a hard question and I'm incentivized to ask it. What it tells everybody else is like we ask each other the tough questions because we know it's going to make us better.
