The Importance of Partnering With Capital Razors and KP's
I had a 1031 that I was looking to play some capital in and this opportunity came available where it was a seller finance play. We were actually going to be the first operators to gentrify this location, which I don't like being the first person to the party. No one can be on a team and just purely race capital. They need to be doing some other things, investor relations, marketing, asset management. So partnering with a KP that has that will actually get you in the door of those deals.
