The FTC's Opposition to Mergers

FTC issued a terrible opinion in the recent case having to do with a lumina in grail blocking the merger. There's no reason whatsoever to put this prohibition on, particularly since many of the transactions that are involved are between two firms that have relatively little market share. These organizations have enormous influence and as far as I'm concerned, they're sadly abusing and misusing their power.
