A lot of people will initially try something, and maybe it doesn't provide them with that immediate transient effect, and so therefore it gets written off. Ty optimization is all about like, how can i reduce the amount of time? How can i find that minimal dose effect? Like a lot of high performers just aren't going to give it a third shot, or rarely will they given it a third. I love the notion of jumping into things but i'm also fearful that if they do it too quickly, especially if they'll burn out on it too quickly,.
