I've Had Covid for a Year, and I'm Invincible.
i was fortunate to make it two years without getting coved. And i had covid about a year ago. For six months after covid, my resting heartit was 58, 58 or 59. It went back to normal after lake month seven or something. I haven't noticed any difference. Of course, i had a huge spike and cortemp on the ring, thouhring, but no lasting effects. Just talk to too many peopl that thought there wasa enough data out there, tha, that showed some sort of long term effects which i don't want.
