The key is to make it as valuable as possible for everyone that's attending. If the people that are attend n have the same persona as your buyers, then if it's valuable to them, it'll be valuable to everyone else. This is content creation, market research and event strategy, eventually a distribution strategy. With one person, you have 50 thousand people listening to your dcast versus 50 thousand sails traps communicating that message all at once. And so people need to really start thinking about scale ability long term.
