As busy as you are, in as much as you have on your plate, i think everyone needs to make time, call it two to three hours a week for good mental hygiene. For me, in the intensive periods of my life, it's having a therapist, which is now table stakes in my life,. So having a mental health professional therapist, let's call that our one. Our two is a coach. A coach is there for the business to succeed. And then i think our three is a relationship therapist. Maybe it's some other healing practice that you're in. Maybe maybe it's 20 minutes of meditation a day.
