Is There a Problem Space in Usability?

A lot of people deal with and again, a true understanding of the optimal way to solve that problem would be understanding the fact that those constraints are a part of the problem space. There's a finite cap on my ability to discover and define that problem and then execute on it. If you put your strategy and discovery upfront, you're going to save so much time in execution space. It's a lot cheaper to take five weeks to actually like think about the problem than six months of revisions down the later in the year when you didn't think about it.
